We get very eager when we order stuff too so we understand. HNDBIO is a small team and we do our best to get all orders shipped within 1-3 business days of being ordered. We prioritize orders that have opted for express delivery. Our warehouse is open Mon-Thur and is dedicated to providing accurate and timely service. We appreciate your patience (especially during sale seasons).

This is usually due to the code either being expired, or the product(s) in your cart not being eligible for that particular discount. If you have tried several times and feel there is still an error please reach out to us at info@hndbio.com and we will help you as soon as we can.

Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed soon by a shipment confirmation email that will provide tracking links depending on which carrier is used that you will be able to follow all the way to delivery. Simultaneously, we consistently adhere to limited production runs to minimise waste and select materials that are harmless to both you and the environment. In short, while many businesses cut corners to squeeze profits from customers and staff, we take the opposite approach. The secret to our fifteen years in operation lies in delivering the highest quality at the lowest price, creating products we can all be proud of.
